Location : Business consultant
Workplace : Nationwide (Doing Online)
Wage : 7,000,000 + commission from the contract (average of each Gcalls contract is 20,000,000)
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Receive leads of the company's potential customers, take care to close orders with customers.
- Implementation consulting: Directly consulting solutions, negotiating contracts, monitoring the signing and handing over to the Admin department of Gcalls after customers pay.
- Coordinate with functional departments in the company to ensure the highest satisfaction of customers.
- Find, build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers
- Achieving company goals through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing personal performance data
- Exploiting the market, finding potential customers: Actively seeking and approaching potential business customers to introduce and book appointments (online/offline) with customers
Required knowledge and skills:
- No experience needed, staff will be trained from the ground up
- Advantage if have general knowledge about Marketing
- Having skills in telesales, customer care, sales consulting is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Dynamic and proactive at work
- Passionate about business, not afraid of difficulties.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
- Can speak with a southern accent or a northern accent
- Have the opportunity to communicate and build relationships with managers or business owners (Gcalls' customers)
- Attractive income: hard salary + allowance + commission + performance bonus. Commission: 5 – 20% / contract (the average contract of Gcalls is 20 – 30 million)
