1. What can I do with a unified account?

With only one account (including your email address and a password), you can sign in our apps on 4 different platforms. These apps are free, have different functionalities and can be used in combination with each other to form a call solution best serving your needs. They are:

2. What are the main differences between Basic, Business and Professional?

The Basic package is totally free. It offers you an inbound call center for 1 agent with Click-to-call function on your website. You just need to download Gcalls app on Shopify app store, register and it is ready for you to use.

The Standard package offers you an inbound call center and internal calls for at least 2 agents. This package is suitable for a store with high frequency of incoming calls and several agents.

The Business package helps you to set up an inbound and outbound call center with a DID* number in almost any country for your store. This allows a completely digitalized call center and mobile workplace that’s setup in minutes.

3. What are the features of the Gcalls app on Shopify?

The app Gcalls on Shopify allows you to add a Click-to-call button onto your store website and easily modify its position, color and the greeting message to make it perfectly match your website design. The app also shows you data about the total number of calls (incoming, outgoing and missed calls) and total call duration for the current month.

4. How can we receive calls when customers click the button?

Gcalls on Shopify needs to be used in combination with one of the other 3 apps to receive and answer calls with Gcalls Plus Extension on Chrome being the most basic one. Supposing a customer visits your website and click the button to call you, a notification popup will then appear on your device. By pressing “Answer”, you can speak to your client, no matter where your client or you are as long as your device is connected to the Internet.

5. Can we make calls with the Gcalls app?

To make calls, you have to subscribe our Business package. You are provided with a DID number in a country you choose and allows you to make calls to a contact added to the app directory, by entering a number or clicking the number on a customer profile page of your store site. You can use Gcalls Plus Extension on Chrome, Gcalls Plus Web App or Mobile App to make calls.
