1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy

We at Gcalls JSC and our affiliates are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Vietnamese laws on protecting the privacy (“Privacy Laws”) and are committed to respecting the privacy and interest of all users for Gcalls platforms (“Platforms”) (we collectively call the Platforms and the services we provide as described in our Platforms as “Services”). We recognize the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe that we are responsible for the proper management, protection and handling of your personal data. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose and/or process personal data that you provide us and/or we retain about you, whether now or in the future, as well as to help you make informed decisions before providing us with any of your personal data. 

This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by Gcalls as a controller, including the information collected on our Websites (www.gcalls.co and www.app.gcalls.co). If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Websites.

2. Information We Collect

“Personal Information” refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

Personal Information includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to the Websites such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. Payment information includes information we collect and process from you when you subscribe to the Subscription Service, including credit card numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not collect Sensitive Information from you.

3. Purpose of Use

We only use the information we collect in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who register for our Services are obligated through our agreements to comply with the Policy.

We Never Sell Personal Information

We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party. We use the information collected for the purposes listed below:

4. Recepients of the collected Personal Information

Only Our personnel, the services in charge of control (especially: external auditor) and Our recipient subcontractors listed in the above table may have access to any Personal Information. Personal Information​ may also be disclosed in response to lawful requests made by government agencies or public authorities, including public officers or debt collection organizations, to meet national security, law enforcement or any other legal requirements. In any event, Gcalls shall remain liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.​

5. Cookies

From time to time, we may use “cookies” or other features to enable us or third parties to collect or share information that will help us improve our Platform and the Services we provide. , or help us launch new services and features. “Cookies” are identifiers we send to your computer or mobile device, which allow us to identify your computer or device and tell us when the Service or Platform is used or access, by how many people and to track the activities in our Platforms. We may associate cookie information with personal data. Cookies also link to information about what you have chosen for the shopping pages you have viewed, or the games you have played. This information is used for example shopping carts. Cookies are also used to deliver content based on your interest and to track the use of the Services.​

We undertake to implement all necessary precautions, as well as the appropriate organizational and technical measures, to maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of Personal Information, and in particular to prevent them from being modified or damaged and stop any unauthorized third party from accessing them. In particular, our employees’ accounts are secured by strong passwords, and they are all bound by confidentiality obligations. We also use state-of-the art secured payment systems consistent with applicable regulation. However, You agree that no data transmission over the Internet, or information storage technology, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Third Parties Links on the Site

Our Site and Services may include links to and from the websites of Our partners, advertisers and affiliates. If You follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these companies have their own privacy policies and that Aircall is not responsible or liable for any use of Personal Information by such third parties. We recommend that You check their policies before You visit these websites.
