Recruiting Customer Success Engineer (IT Full Time)

Workplace: Remote

Wage: 9,000,000 VND + bonus

Main responsibility:

– Quickly search and research technical documents and knowledge to solve short-term to long-term tasks.
– Read and analyze source code, install, configure, program and self-test new or open self-written source codes to develop and upgrade the system according to the solutions you are pursuing.
– Standardize, streamline, synthesize, systematize, and document documents so that colleagues can self-serve and find information for their related business needs in the back-end workflow chains. after.
– Be on duty as assigned and actively communicate in multiple channels (phone, sms, chat, email, online meeting, ...) with multi-individual, multi-department and multi-stakeholder professional, drastic and continuous. for complete information, determine the nature of the problem for the completion of the assigned task and the expectations of individuals, departments and stakeholders according to the values committed by the company.
– Regularly observe, monitor and capture the working progress of stakeholders in dependent tasks at the top or bottom to urge, remind, support, adjust and manage changes in a timely manner. time.

- Optimized development of current architecture and technology

Required knowledge and skills:

– Experienced and used to do React Native projects (Plus points)
– Made a mobile app and posted it on CH Play or App Store (plus points)
- Used to work on mobile projects (plus points)
– Using Ubuntu, or MacOS for coding (plus points)
– Candidates are 4th year students who have just graduated or students who have graduated from school for 1-2 years
